The School of Environment, Education and Development seek to appoint a Grant Manager who would be responsible for the administrative management of the European Co-operation for Science and Technology (COST) Action titled ‘European Energy Poverty: Agenda Co-Creation and Knowledge Innovation’ at the University of Manchester (http://www.engager-energy.net). The appointee will be in charge of ensuring that the project is progressing in line with the financial, regulatory and technical expectations laid down by the COST framework while addressing the complex challenges associated with running a network of more than 100 members. The Grant Manager will lead the dissemination of information about the project to external users and internal members of the network, as well as meeting reporting requirements laid down by COST. You will also help expand the reach and impact of the project among relevant non-academic constituencies.
This post is available from the 1 October 2018 until the 30 April 2019, with a possibility for reappointment until the end of the project in November 2021.
