
We are looking to appoint a lab-based postdoctoral research associate to undertake a programme of work funded by The Medical Research Council. The study will evaluate repurposing of commonly used drugs as antiarrhythmic agents. The post holder will be responsible for overseeing and conducting a range of in vivo and in vitro experiments including in vivo electrophysiology, single cell patch clamping, telemetry, dosing studies and whole heart optical voltage and calcium imaging.
This position will sit within the Division of Cardiovascular Sciences (up to 24 months) and is available immediately.
