Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join the Secure Data Environment Team Development Hub, a dynamic initiative dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and support for the development of secure data environments (SDEs). This role presents an excellent opportunity for those aspiring to build a career in the design, implementation, and management of SDEs.

As part of this position, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside technical teams already active in this field and benefit from highly sought-after certified, industry-recognized training.

With a passion for information technology and engineering, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining the IT infrastructure that supports staff and students in teaching, research, and professional services.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join us in Manchester and contribute to the advancement of professional skills within the Research Technical Professional community. You will also have the unique chance to collaborate across three project partner organisations, working as part of a cohort of engineers, training and developing together.
