Are you a strategic and inspiring leader with a passion for enhancing the postgraduate research experience? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to lead the Doctoral Academy professional services team in the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health.
As the Postgraduate Research (PGR) Services Manager you will provide strategic leadership and direction for the team, working in partnership with academic leadership to ensure seamless delivery from recruitment and admissions through to progression and completion for our diverse and talented community of PGRs. You will champion a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement, placing the postgraduate researcher experience at the heart of everything we do. You will be expected to foster strong partnerships with staff, PGRs and external stakeholders to support a thriving research community.
We are looking for an individual with proven leadership experience in HE or a similar complex environment. You will have a track record of delivering high-quality services and driving continuous improvement and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
