
The post holder will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of the University’s involvement in the Digital Innovation Security Hub (DISH) project, ensuring key project milestones are met including, but not restricted to, DiSH 'OKRS', and coordinating successful delivery to interested parties in Cyber Ecosystem programmes and projects.
The project manager will:
• Be responsible for liaison on behalf of University of Manchester with other Cyber Ecosystem organisations (including, but not restricted to, GMCA, Manchester City Council, University of Lancaster, University of Salford and Manchester Metropolitan University, Plexal, and Barclays Eagle Labs).
• Develop and help maintain excellent communication between all members of the research project, researchers, academics and SMEs.
• Contribute to project strategy and planning.
As Project Manager for the UoM involvement with DiSH, the postholder will also work with:
Reporting to the School Research and Project Manager and Professor Daniel Dresner, Professor of Cyber Security, the Cyber Ecosystem Manager will be responsible for the administration of the project. The post holder will ensure tasks are carried out in a timely manner with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and in accordance with all UoM policies and procedures.
