Job Description

The University seeks to appoint a Postgraduate Admissions Assistant within the School of Environment, Education and Development. The post holder will provide prompt, efficient and flexible support to staff and applicants, many of whom are overseas, in the admissions process for a range of postgraduate taught courses.

Alongside assessing applications and acting as a first point of contact for queries, you may also be required to support Open Days and information sessions (either on-campus or virtual).

The role requires applicants who thrive in a busy team environment, who enjoy interacting and supporting a wide range of people and who are flexible and responsive to customer needs. Strong organisational and accuracy skills are essential alongside the ability to adapt to changing systems and platforms and work and communicate successfully across both face-to-face and virtual channels.
