We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly and dynamic Unicafe catering team as a Hospitality Services Assistant.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the daily operation of our busy campus marketplace. Your main responsibilities will include daytime clearing and maintaining the seating area, ensuring it remains clean, welcoming, and well-presented for all users. We’re looking for someone with a strong customer service mindset, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a warm and friendly experience to both students and staff. Experience in a similar hospitality or café setting is desirable, along with a basic understanding of food safety and health & safety procedures. Barista skills and experience working in a busy service area would be a real advantage.
A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure are essential in this role.

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week), working on a rota basis across the full 7 days of the week during term time. While the business primarily operates Monday to Friday, weekend working may be required on an ad hoc basis.
