Job Description

Overview of the post

We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative individual to our dynamic and highly respected team to cover a period of 12 month’s parental leave. The post holder will join the NIHR-funded Rapid Service Evaluation Team – REVAL – and will be responsible for conducting rapid evaluations of service delivery innovations in health and care settings. They will be involved in all elements of study development and conduct from co-production work to study design, approval, operationalisation and dissemination

REVAL is a rapid service evaluation team that conducts real time evaluations of innovations and development in health and care services. In partnership with stakeholders, we generate evidence of national relevance that of maximum value to evidence users. We are a multidisciplinary team with expertise in all aspects of evaluating health and social care. We work closely with other NIHR funded groups including the NIHR Rose-NET team and the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration Greater Manchester, so the successful candidate will have the opportunity to network widely with a host of applied health researchers during this role.
