
Overall Purpose of the Job:
We are seeking to appoint a fixed-term Lecturer in Sociology (Teaching & Scholarship). You will contribute to teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level. We are seeking candidates with a strong grounding in sociological theory and methods who can convene PGT level modules on ‘Social Theory: Structure, Relations and Interaction’ and ‘Research Design’.
Applicants must have a PhD in Sociology or cognate discipline.
Interviews will be held in person in November or December 2025 (date TBC).
