The Information Officer plays a key role in supporting the University’s Information Governance function, ensuring compliance with data protection and Information Governance requirements across academic and business operations. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on conducting Information Governance Risk Reviews, managing the incident reporting process, and assisting with compliance initiatives. The post holder will help foster a culture of information security awareness by supporting training and engagement activities, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice.
