We are recruiting to the role of Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Assistant (Curriculum and Programmes), within the School of Social Sciences in the Faculty of Humanities.
This role forms part of the School Teaching, Learning and Student Experience team and will assist the Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Coordinator and the Curriculum and Programmes team.
The successful candidate will assist with administration related to curriculum and programmes, be responsible for updating tracking documents and publications, servicing programme committees, and act as the first point of contact for curriculum and programmes matters and provide information, advice, and guidance on routine matters, knowing when to escalate to others as appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have proven administrative experience in a busy environment, excellent communication skills and work positively and respectfully with a range of students and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. You will have a flexible approach to work and the ability to work proficiently with a range of MS 365 applications. Knowledge of Campus Solutions is desirable.
