Job Description Overall purpose of the role We are recruiting a Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Administrator (assignment – Student Support and Wellbeing), within the School of Health Sciences. This role forms part of the School Teaching, Learning and Student Experience team and provides support to students across our Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes. This will also include liaising with academic staff, other Professional Services function teams and students to support student wellbeing. The successful candidate willsupport the administration of allrequired activities within the School Student Support and Wellbeing team including (but not limited to): pastoral and wellbeing support, attendance and engagement monitoring, supporting Mitigating Circumstances and Extensions processes, disability support, student experience initiatives, general administrative duties, working on the student hub. This role may also require some flexibility to work with colleaguesin other Schools within the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health Sciences. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a student-facing support or wellbeing role, proven administrative experience in a busy environment, excellent communication skills and the ability to work positively and respectfully with a range of students and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. You will need to have a flexible approach to work and the ability to work proficiently with a range of MS 365 applications.
