We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-organised Research Technician to join Dr Kerrie Marie’s research group, which investigates neural crest development and melanoma cancer biology. The team focuses on understanding how melanoma cells adapt and transition between lineage states during tumour progression, using cutting-edge approaches including fluorescent reporter imaging, advanced microscopy, molecular biology, 3D culture systems, and mouse pre-clinical models.
You will support a wide range of experimental work, contribute to data generation and analysis, and play a key role in maintaining efficient day-to-day laboratory operations. The post also includes supervising and supporting students ensuring high laboratory standards, and promoting a safe and inclusive working environment.
