Job Description

We are recruiting an individual to join our Assessment and Progression team in the School of Environment, Education and Development. The post-holder will:

  • work collaboratively with a variety of colleagues ensuring seamless operations and a student-centered approach.
  • provide day-to-day line management and motivation for teams
  • support senior colleagues in delivering strategic and operational priorities, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • act as a key point of contact for the provision of information, advice, and guidance on teaching and learning policies and practices.
  • work flexibly across the wider team, contributing to cross-departmental initiatives.
  • promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the role.
  • develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • represent the team on committees and working groups, actively contributing to communities of practice and implementing best practices.
