Talent Attraction Adviser - Maternity Cover

Location: Manchester (Hybrid – minimum 3 days on campus)
The University of Manchester has launched its new Talent Attraction Centre of Expertise within the Directorate of People, and we’re excited to be recruiting maternity cover for one of our four Talent Attraction Adviser roles as this work gains momentum.
As Talent Attraction Adviser, you’ll play a key operational role in delivering recruitment support, advice, and guidance for professional services roles across the University. You’ll partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job adverts, and manage end to end recruitment processes. From sourcing candidates and screening CVs to coordinating interviews and supporting employer branding initiatives, you’ll ensure a seamless, inclusive, and values-driven recruitment experience.
You’ll also contribute to strategic project strands such as employer brand, inclusive recruitment, recruitment data, and contract management, while supporting cluster campaigns and collaborating with our employability team.
About the Team
You’ll be part of the newly formed Talent Attraction Centre of Expertise, which includes Recruitment Services and the Talent Attraction team. Together, we’re building a streamlined, effective, and debiased recruitment experience for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
