Overall purpose of the job
Providing high-quality customer service for Conference & Event potential clients, delegates and visitors to School, working closely with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of reception and wider building for all users.
Operating as part of the interdepartmental School Operations Team, and reporting into the Deputy School Operations Manager, the post-holder will support projects and champion activities on behalf of the School and provide support to other Departments as required.
Engaging in a cross-School community of practice with School Operations colleagues, working towards continuous business improvement and standardisation.
