Director of Faculty Finance

The opportunity

You will play a key role in driving financial performance, strategic planning and long-term sustainability across a complex and high-profile faculty.

You will:

• Lead strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Deliver sharp financial insight and commercial challenge
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the Faculty and University
• Drive transformation, efficiency and continuous improvement
• Lead and inspire a high-performing finance team
• Support major projects and strategic initiatives across teaching and research
  
  

This is a fast-paced, influential role where your judgement, leadership and ability to build relationships will make a visible impact.

The person

You will be a qualified finance professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong leadership capability, commercial acumen and the confidence to operate at senior level within a complex organisation.

You will bring:

• Experience leading and developing professional finance teams
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent budgeting, forecasting and analytical capability
• A proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach
• The ability to influence, challenge and drive change
