Job Description

The University of Manchester Library seeks a Personal Assistant to join the Executive Office team. The Personal Assistant will provide secretarial and administrative support for the University Library Executive Team and also support the administrative processes associated with the running of the University Library.

Working within the Executive Office team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Library to provide administrative support across a number of different areas.


About the Executive Office Team

As part of the Directorate of the University Librarian, the Executive Office Team provides administrative support for the running of the University Library (including finance, recruitment and compliance matters) as well as providing the first point of contact for those visiting or contacting the University Library and taking responsibility for ensuring that visitors or enquirers are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner.
