  • Be a friendly face on our Student Support Hub

You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team within Teaching, Learning and Student Experience (TLSE). We work closely across Schools, Faculties and central services to deliver a joined-up, inclusive service for students.

This is a busy but welcoming environment where teamwork, flexibility and continuous improvement are highly valued.

We welcome applications from candidates with a range of backgrounds and experiences. If you’re enthusiastic and willing to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll bring:

  • Confidence using digital tools (or a willingness to learn)
  • A professional, approachable and student-focused attitude
  • An understanding of confidentiality and handling sensitive information

We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported. We actively encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, identities and experiences.

We particularly welcome applications from individuals who are underrepresented in higher education and from those who bring different perspectives to our community.

  • Be part of a team that makes a real difference to students
  • Develop your skills in a supportive environment
  • Work in a role with variety, purpose and impact
  • Contribute to an inclusive and student-centred culture

Our benefits include:
