Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Teaching, Learning And Student Experience Coordinator (Programmes & Curriculum). This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of teaching and learning, student administration activities, and manage the work of the team across areas of assignment, within a dynamic and inclusive environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • To coordinate the delivery of teaching, learning and student administrative activities for the assigned team.
  • To provide day-to-day line management for teaching and learning and student administration teams, as assigned, contributing to the development, performance and motivation of team members.
  • To ensure the effective provision of information, advice and guidance on teaching and learning and student administration activities, as assigned.

About You

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience and up-to-date knowledge of teaching and learning and/or student administration activities and policies.
  • Ability to supervise, motivate and develop staff.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with colleagues across the University, explaining and interpreting information to ensure understanding.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience of working in higher education administration.
  • Experience of working with University systems (e.g. Campus Solutions, Canvas).
  • Experience of working in a customer service environment.
