Job Description

An enthusiastic and committed postdoctoral research associate is required to join the Arthritis UK Centre for Genetics and Genomics, based at the University of Manchester. The post holder must hold a PhD and excellent knowledge of the genetics of OA and will be responsible for analysing, integrating and interpreting genomics and functional genomics datasets including Hi-C, CUT&RUN, ATAC-Seq and RNA-Seq, among others, alongside the generation of polygenic risk scores and functional annotation of genetic risk variants.
