The National Graphene Institute is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Communications and Marketing Officer, who will take a strategic content marketing approach to the optimisation of engagement across our digital channels, including our website presence and social media channels.
You will produce and manage high-quality content including press releases, profiles, news items, blog and social posts and other material for the media and associated stakeholders regarding the University’s graphene/2D materials research and innovation activity.
You will also play a leading role in the promotion and organisation of in-person events, working with academic and operations teams to deliver successful seminars, conferences and outreach activities.
You will be passionate about digital content marketing, energetic and enthusiastic when faced with communications and marketing challenges and will possess a keen eye for identifying creative solutions. You will also be adaptive to change, a highly collaborative team player and thrive when working in a fast-paced, research and development-focused culture.
