Overall purpose of the role:
Working to the Head of Operations (HoO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), the Senior Facility Manager will have oversight of the full portfolio of facilities and Technology Platforms across Royce’s ten spoke organisations, and will be directly responsible for the efficient management and operation of Royce’s facilities (grouped into Technology Platforms) at the Manchester Hub. Responsibilities will span a range of areas including: coordinating equipment funding calls and overseeing the subsequent procurement activities; management of Royce’s national equipment user access schemes; ownership of the Royce facilities asset register; development and reporting on KPIs (particularly related to facilities usage); liaison with external stakeholders; responsibility for facility (TRAC) costings and financial management of facilities at the Manchester Hub; and line management of local facility staff. You will be expected to manage your time and prioritise tasks with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of self-motivation. You will coordinate and work with other facilities managers across the Royce partners.
