Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Research Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team undertaking a 5-year programme of research in collaboration with Walgreen Boots Alliance (Boots, No7 Beauty Company), a global leader in pharmacy-led, health and wellbeing retail. The overarching aim of the programme is to further our understanding of skin structure and function across the life course, and across the skin pigmentary spectrum, to develop effective skincare solutions. The successful candidate will provide clinical research support for several workstreams across the programme involving human volunteer studies. In addition to this post, the programme will employ several other research staff including post-doctoral scientists and technicians.

Applicants must be a registered Nurse with experience of clinical research/project management and be trained in phlebotomy and skin biopsy. A degree in nursing/related subject and experience of skin research or clinical dermatology is desirable. You will be enthusiastic and highly motivated with excellent organisational and communication skills.
