Alliance Manchester Business School welcome applications from talented individuals for the role of Head of Client Relations (Open Programmes) within our Executive Education team.

We are in search of a dynamic and proactive individual who will spearhead business development and nurture relationships for our open programme portfolio.
You will have a proven track record of success in business development and client relationship management within the executive education or professional management education sector being able to understand and address client needs effectively. You will work with individuals and organisations, to provide a strong pipeline of applicants for programmes and ensure that alumni remain connected with the School. The Head of Client Relations, Open Programmes will be expected to procure and oversee the effective delivery of an income of at least £1million plus per year.
You will be sales focussed with excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, cultivating and strengthening relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to engage new clients. You will lead and develop a target driven sales focussed team.
You will have a passion for your own learning and development including following industry trends, best practices, and innovations in executive education to drive ongoing improvement and innovation within our programs.
