Job Description

Applications are invited for the post of Student Services Coordinator to join our dedicated Global & MBA Programmes Student Support Team. In this role, you will be at the heart of coordinating student services across the MBA & Global programmes, ensuring a seamless student experience. With a focus on pastoral support and wellbeing, you will coordinate a number of initiatives including mitigating circumstances, and student engagement monitoring processes. Working closely with colleagues across the wider team and University, you will drive continuous improvement and deliver exceptional service, helping to shape a supportive, inclusive environment for students. Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role. This role supports students on both full-time and flexible blended learning programmes; we are looking for someone who is able to be adaptable, proactive, and responsive to the diverse needs of students.
