
This role forms part of the School Teaching, Learning and Student Experience (TLSE) teams, which is responsible for administering a high-quality service of support to students on our Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught Programmes.
The post-holder will successfully manage a range of projects and service improvement initiatives across the Teaching, Learning & Student Experience and School Operations spaces. Reporting to the Head of TLSE, they will be responsible for reviewing processes in the School to ensure best practice and service improvements are implemented by working in collaboration with teams and the other appointed Project & Service Improvement Officers.
It is also expected that the candidate will cover for PS Managers when required during absences, busy periods and via identified special projects.
The candidate will ideally have experience in delivering projects and driving forward service improvement across a large area.
