Job Description

The Henry Royce Institute for Advanced Materials is seeking a Project Manager to provide effective management to a range of internal and external projects, including grant funding programmes and other projects supporting Royce national activities.

Reporting to the Royce Senior Project Manager, you will be directly responsible for planning and ensuring delivery of all project activities, managing project budgets, ensuring adherence to funder requirements, monitoring and reporting on KPIs, contributing to risk management, organising a variety of events and meetings and ensuring appropriate contracting arrangements are in place.

You will also be the first point of call for enquiries about your projects and will be responsible for ensuring excellent internal and external communication. You will be expected to manage your time and prioritise tasks with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of self-motivation.
