The successful candidate will coordinate our year-round performance sport program, including student recruitment, scholarship program delivery, strategic sport project support, and sporting excellence alumni engagement. This role involves collaborating with various staff across the UoM Sport department, academic colleagues and university support services, managing multiple stakeholders and partners simultaneously. Applicants should demonstrate the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and have a strong understanding of planning, delivering, and reviewing performance-oriented and talent development programs.
