The Team
Based within the Information Security division, our team is the driving force behind cyber improvement across the University. Our primary mission is to build a robust cyber security community, ensuring that every colleague has the information, tools, and support they need to work securely. We act as a collaborative partner, fostering confidence through transparency, engagement, and shared digital skills
The Role
As the Cyber Security Change Lead, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and the everyday operational reality of our staff and students. You will be a key advisor to our leadership team, helping to anticipate challenges and optimize how we deliver security services. A central part of your work involves leading the Cyber Associates Network, bringing together voices from across the University to strengthen our collective resilience.
You won't be working in a silo; you will partner closely with the Identity Change Lead to coordinate shifts in how we handle security and identity processes. Whether you are developing tailored awareness programs for researchers or creating business cases for future security investments, your goal is to make security accessible and engaging. You will be building strong relationships with stakeholders in every Faculty to ensure security supports, rather than hinders, research and service excellence.
