The Executive Education division of the University of Manchester’s Alliance Manchester Business School (AMBS) is looking to fill a position at the Lecturer or Senior Lecturer level (these academic levels correspond with Assistant Professor or Associate Professor in the U.S.); relevant disciplinary area is Management, with an emphasis on management leadership (including, but not limited to, leadership psychology and staff motivation) or digital transformation in business (including, but not limited to, digital innovation to create customer value, the role of culture and ROI on digital transformation). The appointment will be made on the University of Manchester’s Teaching and Scholarship basis, with a typical workload split of 80% teaching and administration; and 20% scholarship.
The Executive Education division is located within AMBS and is one of the largest executive education providers in the UK. With new, world-class facilities, it is highly ranked for custom education and is seeking to expand its portfolio into Open Programmes. AMBS has been providing high quality executive education for more than 50 years. Through executive education, the School works with a wide range of organisations, leaders and managers, facilitating dynamic development programmes across the private and public sectors that are informed by both the latest business research and commercial environment.
