Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced, creative and ambitious marketing professional to join the Student Marketing Team at The University of Manchester.

Working with colleagues across the Division of Communications, Marketing and Student Recruitment, the faculties and the wider University, you will develop and deliver high profile campaigns, communications and marketing activity to drive student applications, secure conversions and strengthen the Manchester brand.

You will have skills across the full marketing mix and be experienced in leading successful, multichannel campaigns, developing content for web and social, and working with data and insight to plan, deliver and evaluate your work.

This is an exciting role and you’ll be joining the team as we implement new technologies and strategies to support effective and targeted student recruitment activity. We’re looking for someone that has a passion for Higher Education, and wants to innovate and to collaborate with individuals from a wide range of teams to create inspiring and future-facing work.

Reporting to the Student Marketing Manager, you will find support to explore new ideas, a creative and friendly working environment, and plenty of opportunity to help shape the future of the team. Skills in project management, stakeholder engagement and managing multiple projects simultaneously within a busy marketing team are a must as is a strong understanding of digital marketing and measurement.
