This role
An opening has arisen for an experienced Microsoft 365 Developer/Analyst to build, enhance and support the delivery of enterprise collaboration digital solutions. The M365 Developer will have extensive knowledge of M365/Cloud, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Graph API, RESTful web services. The role will also be required to provide engineering support and subject matter expertise for Microsoft Teams.
Specific role requirements
In addition to the Person Specification criteria detailed in this document, the successful applicant must have the following:-
Essential knowledge in:
• Proven experience providing technical support with M365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint
• Understanding of voice services and telephony including VOIP, SIP and SBC/PBX management/configuration, and Direct routing as a Service.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Teams and daily administration of Teams voice, specifically user configuration, calling, meeting, device policies, device management for Teams and E911 configuration.
• Development and Administration of SharePoint
• Development and Administration of Power Platform
• Customize, configure and brand modern SharePoint team sites
• Experience with M365 migrations and on-boarding activities
Additionally, desirable knowledge in:
• Creating and deploying new or existing SharePoint webparts
• Developing content management automated workflows and processes within M365
• Support web technologies, such as Web Services, JavaScript, CSS and HTML
• Power Platform governance and administration, including Centre of Excellence deployment and integration with M365 workloads
• Work with internal customer teams to understand user needs, requirements, and
design options
