This role is a specialist role for someone who is knowledgeable on both UK immigration regulatory compliance, and host country obligations.

The team will consist of one International Staff & Compliance Officer, one Employment Services Officer (International) and two International Staff & Compliance Assistants.

The new role of Global Mobility Manager will lead and manage this team in providing a full, efficient, effective and professional global mobility service to the University, working collaboratively with HR colleagues.

We need someone who will role model our values in all interactions, and as the leader of a team at the heart of HR Operations, providing direct services to staff, students and senior stakeholders, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Experience in a Human Resources department and working at a senior level providing specialist advice relating to staff immigration and/or staff working overseas within a large employer, is essential.

When you are with us, you will not only be working for the University, you will be working for people in our local communities and beyond, who benefit from our teaching, research and social responsibility. Here, no matter what your role or responsibilities, everyone works together with one common goal: to make great things happen. So join us, and take pride in the part you play.
