
Apprenticeship Manager– Grade 6 – 12 months FTC
We are seeking to appoint an Apprenticeship Manager.
The Apprenticeships Manager will be responsible for the development of an Apprenticeship Framework and provision of Apprenticeships utilising the Apprenticeship Levy across the University. Ensuring compliance with the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) Framework on behalf of the University
You will be responsible for translating Government and ESFA policy and regulations on Apprenticeships into operational activity and will work closely with management teams across the University to implement an apprenticeship approach to recruitment and job design
You will also utilise e-learning solutions to develop learning platforms to support People & Organisational Development operational activities
