Job Description

Applications are invited for a post of Research Associate, to support the funded research project: “The Evidence Base for occupational safety & health (OSH) Leading Indicators”

You will provide research support to deliver the objectives of the funded research project: “The Evidence Base for OSH Leading Indicators” in association with the Lloyds Register Foundation, Thomas Ashton Institute (TAI) and other relevant industrial OSH regulators. The project focuses on improving occupational safety and health performance through collecting the evidence of what and how safety leading indicators have been applied in different industrial sectors in order to extract best practices and lesson learned. Consequently, the research findings and outputs will not only be used by the industry, but it will also be reported and communicated nationally and internationally to academics and policy-making agencies.
