Job Description

We are seeking to appoint two part time Customer Service Assistants in the Department of Sport at the University of Manchester. 

Job Purpose:

  • Provide front of house services to all customers and site visitors (colleagues, contractors and suppliers).
  • To administer, process and promote sport facilities memberships and bookings.
  • Support clerical and administration activities as required and directed in support of UoM sport office processes and procedures
