The Division of Communications, Marketing and Student Recruitment is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced content professional to join their award-winning University Marketing team.

The successful candidate will evolve and manage a strategic approach to the University’s complex information hierarchy, ensuring the intuitive presentation of content and messages across all platforms and a meaningful brand experience in support of Divisional objectives and the University’s vision and strategic plan. They will generate campaign concepts, straplines, key messages, features, case studies and human interest stories in support of our student marketing and recruitment activities and to enhance our wider reputation for innovation, pioneering discovery and social good.

Essential attributes include significant experience of sourcing and producing marketing collateral; excellent copy-writing and proofreading skills; the ability to communicate complex information to multiple audiences across all channels and media; and experience of managing a large and complex website. 

The successful candidate will possess highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills with which to motivate direct reports and inspire internal colleagues and external partners. These will be complemented by excellent project management skills and the ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines.
