Applications are invited for the fixed-term post of Lecturer in Spanish and Latin American Cultural Studies, which is tenable from 1 September 2021 to 30 June 2022.
You must have a PhD or equivalent in a relevant field and demonstrable teaching experience in Spanish and Latin American cultural studies at university level. The position is not open to those working in the field of Hispanic linguistics. Preference may be given to candidates with experience of online/remote teaching. You must be fluent in English and Spanish. Some involvement in the language teaching and/or Residence Abroad coordination activities of the department will be non-negotiable. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to empathise with students.
