We’re looking for an experienced and creative insight professional to join the Market and Student Insight Team at The University of Manchester.
Working with colleagues across the Division of Communications, Marketing and Student Recruitment, the Faculties and the wider University, you will develop and deliver high profile projects in support of our student intake and income targets, as well as working on a range of corporate level projects.
As well as excellent data analysis and statistical methods experience with SPSS and preferably R, you will have programming skills and experience with Python and SQL, experience of data cleansing, data modelling and data enrichment, as well as a demonstrable track record of excellent data visualisation skills, either in Power Bi or Excel.
Reporting to the Market and Student Insight Manager, you will find support to explore new ideas, a creative and friendly working environment, and plenty of opportunity to help shape the future of the team. Skills in project management, stakeholder engagement and managing multiple projects simultaneously within a busy team are a must as is a strong understanding of the latest methodologies within market research and insight.
