Job Description

An opportunity has arisen within the Division of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work to join a dynamic team delivering teaching on the Post Graduate Certificate in Primary Mental Health Care. This post is offered on the basis of a Teaching and Scholarship contract and is a full-time permanent post.

We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative individual to contribute to the provision of high quality teaching on the trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) Education   programme within the Division. We are seeking candidates with experience of delivering interventions within IAPT services and who are keen to develop a career in Higher Education.

You will be responsible for teaching, examining and assessing designated subjects and modules within the Division. You will have the ability to develop learners with professional, educational and clinical competence. You will be committed to enhancing PWP education and the student experience. Applicants must have an appropriate IAPT high intensity or PWP qualification and be educated to a minimum of Masters level or close to completion. 

Interviews for this post will be held on 2nd February 2022.
