Job Description

The University welcomes applications for the above 2-year fixed term post Grade 6/7 Lecturer, dependent on qualifications and experience, within the Department of Materials. As a dynamic lecturer, you will be expected to make a significant contribution at the interface of the discipline, whilst developing student skills and knowledge at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The successful applicant will contribute to teaching in the area of Fashion Technology – (which may include but is not limited to Sourcing and Distribution, Garment Technology, Technology Management, Project Management, Buying Communications). This is a teaching and scholarship focused role, and you will contribute to the design, development and ongoing refinement of Fashion Technology teaching content and will develop innovative teaching, assessment marking and support to students on the taught programmes offered by the Department (where appropriate).
