The University of Manchester, invites applications from outstanding candidates with a proven track research record in the area of uteroplacental drug delivery for a position of Research Associate. The post will be available from 1 September 2017 and is tenable on a fixed term basis for 36 months.

You will join the Division of Pharmacy and Optometry, but will also work closely with colleagues in The Maternal and Fetal Health Research Centre, St. Mary’s Hospital.

You will have a PhD in an area that encompasses reproductive biology and drug delivery. You will have demonstrable previous research experience at the interface of nanotechnology and human and/or rodent physiology, a sound background in uteroplacental biology, liposome synthesis, myography, microscopy and in vivo drug delivery studies. A developing publication record in peer-reviewed journals is advantageous.
