You will provide administrative, secretarial and reception support within the Mechanical and Energy team to enable the effective delivery of office related functions.
You will be responsible for maintaining centrally controlled electronic databases including, Oracle Asset Enterprise Management, IMPACT, SharePoint, Coherent, Excel..etc ensuring all required reporting information is full and accurately informed. You will demonstrate experience and knowledge of maintaining legislative compliance Planned Preventative Maintenance Key Performance Indicators.
You will support the Mechanical and Energy Team in the effective delivery of office related functions, including office quality assurance systems, IT requirements, office health and safety management systems etc. In addition you will create purchase orders and process purchase invoices when required.
You will undertake the organisation and arrangements of meetings including room bookings, catering and circulation of papers.
You will possess an appropriate administrative qualification to NVQ III Level (or equivalent) and substantial vocational experience with an administration qualification, together with an established track record and experience in an administrative and secretarial role. You will be able to demonstrate a detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
