This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that provides exemplary IT support for The University of Manchester.
You will have strong interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, and technical skills to provide frontline support for staff and students. You will have a customer first attitude, the ability to think on their feet and not to be afraid to ask for help.
Experience of first line support for a Windows environment, good verbal and written communication skills are essential. Knowledge of Mac, Linux and/or the HE sector is strongly desirable.
We will provide on the job training and career development to the successful candidate.
