We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support in teaching, supervision and pastoral care of students undertaking Masters programmes, principally MSc HRM (ID), within the Global Development Institute, in the School of Environment, Education and Development (SEED), at the University of Manchester. You will be expected to contribute to and enhance the Institute’s research-led teaching programmes, primarily those in Human Resource Management.
In addition to contributing to teaching and learning by providing defined inputs in the delivery of existing course units, as outlined in this job description, you will take the lead responsibility for organizing and leading an additional tutorial series (‘surgeries’) for all HRM students, designed to identify and help students to meet specific challenges in their learning.
