Applications are invited from those with teaching and research interests in employment relations law and employment regulation. You will teach employment relations and employment law modules on the School’s undergraduate and postgraduate programmes (including the CIPD accredited MSc in HRM and Industrial Relations), participate in the administrative activities of the Group and School and supervise MSc dissertations.

The post is based within the HRM, Employment Relations and Law (HRMERL) group of the People, Management and Organisations division (PMO). The research of members of the Group relates to the research themes and priorities within the Work and Equalities Institute (WEI) (https://www.mbs.ac.uk/research/centres-and-institutes/work-and-equalities-institute/).
