We are seeking for an enthusiastic individual to support the teaching, supervision and pastoral care of students undertaking Masters programmes, principally on the MSc HRM (ID), within the Management and Governance in Development Teaching Group in the Global Development Institute, School of Environment, Education and Development (SEED), at the University of Manchester. The post holder will be expected to contribute to and enhance the Institute’s research-informed teaching programmes, primarily those in Human Resource Management.
In addition to contributing to teaching and learning by providing defined inputs in the delivery of existing course units, as outlined in the job description, the post-holder will take the lead responsibility for organizing and leading an additional tutorial series (‘surgeries’) for all HRM students, designed to identify and help students to meet specific challenges in their learning.
