You will provide a professional and comprehensive recruitment service to management and the partners dealing with the strategic recruitment activity between The University of Manchester and The Christie NHS Foundation Trust within the Manchester Cancer Research Centre (MCRC). The majority of these posts will be clinical academic appointments and will therefore require close liaison between the University and The Christie Foundation Trust.
You will work closely with the MCRC Training and Education manager, to on-board and assist with the appointment of international trainees and students.
You will be responsible for and act as the team lead for the delivery of any internal MCRC Research Operations and Strategy team recruitment.
You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) or have equivalent relevant experience in a similar role and have extensive experience in managing recruitment and selection activities.
