The Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering is seeking to appoint an outstanding individual as Undergraduate Programmes Administrator. The post is fixed term until July 2021 and is available immediately.

Located within the Department’s Teaching and Learning Support Office, this role will support the delivery of Level 1 and Level 2 of the Department’s Undergraduate programmes by providing efficient and effective support to teaching staff and students. Working closely with other members of the Teaching and Learning Support team and key members of academic staff, the post-holder will help to deliver an excellent student experience to the Department’s undergraduate students.

You will be an efficient administrator with excellent IT skills and will have experience of working in a busy office environment. This is a key role that requires exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, excellent customer services skills and the ability to problem solve. You should be a self-motivated individual who is capable of managing your own workload without close supervision. The ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team is also essential.
